Ingredients
250g fettuccine
1 can (185g) tuna in oil, drained
1 cup all-purpose cream
1/2 cup grated Queso de Bola cheese
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
parsley, chopped (optional, fresh or dry)
Instructions
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil until translucent.
Add tuna and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in cream and grated cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
Combine with fettuccine.
