Beef with brocolli & carrots


Sesame oil
Garlic
Onion
250g Beef strips

500g Broccolli
250g Carrots

Sauce:
2T soy sauce
2T worcestershire sauce
2T mirin
2T fish sauce
4T honey or korean oligosaccharide
(Or 1T brown sugar dissolved in 3T water) 
Sesame oil 
Sesame seeds
Pinches salt & pepper
1/4 cup water

Preparations of Veges
Separate brocolli flowerettes from sliced stalks. Slice carrots as big as the stalks. 
In a steamer, steam flowerettes for 4 minutes. Set aside.
Next, steam brocolli stalks and carrots for 6 minutes. Set aside.

Cooking direction:
In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients.
Saute garlic and onions in oil. 
Add beef strips and stirfry for 3 minutes. 
Add the mixed sauce until beef is tender. 
Add the steamed vegetables. Cover withlid and remove from fire.
