    Who does not love colors? One of the best part of jogging, walking or running during summer is the opportunity to stop over to take a snap of pictures of flowers. According to our weather bureau, we have no summer here as season but call the November to May as our dry season. Well I still love the word summer as when I say the word, I can picture out the yellow sun wearing her sunglasses and smiling at me 😎. Well, dry gives me a dry picture.     So in this series, I want to show you the photos of colorful flowers and plants  I snapped while I do my daily steps challenge.   We love green as it is the color of vegetation, forest and greenhouses. I always love to have greens inside the house but they tend to wilt easily but not the leaf of our Rainforest plant which detached from its motherplant last November 2020. Cactus is also a low maintenance indoor plant.    ***       I also love this long-stemmed plant as it can be a hanging plant planted in soil or a waterplant in a centerpiece of indoor tables. It can grow very long and it has a flower too. ***     Pine trees are evergreen and my forever green.      ***   Again, a pine tree.   ***      Small pieces of greens.     ***     Another set of green pieces.     ***     Green pieces.     ***

When one is past her infancy in travelling, she learns to choose her steps carefully because time has more meaning now than before. It is not about ticking off the number of items in the list anymore. It is more about retracing the steps taken and carefully trailing the steps to be taken because space takes on a different dimension now than before. April of last year, Osmena Peak of Dalaguete, Cebu colored my summer. The first thing you will learn while going up the Peak is that Dalaguete is not pronounced as Dumaguete. It is silent E as in palette. But of course, when you reach the peak, the first things you will experience are: Fresh air, summer breeze, ocean salt feel, grassy hills, rocky cliffs, pretty karsts, short and long climbs, provincial scenery all conspired to evoke country songs in my mind and the paintings of Amorsolo of fields and golden colors. While taking in everything, you will also think of a thousand enormous and tiny karsts of Halong Bay as well as Tam Coc ...

What else is summer but a burst of colors and vibrancy, of energy and happiness. Summer is bloom;  Summer is a boom. Summer is flower; Summer is power. Summer is fruit; Summer is growth. BLOOM. *** *** *** *** *** HONEY. *** IBA. KAMIAS. *** LEMON. *** STEVIA PLANT. ***

purple *** yellows. *** pinks. *** yellow orange. *** white. *** yellow. *** green/ white. *** pink and shades of it. *** green. *** green and red. *** pink. *** When I said, "They too bloom in the urban setting,"  I am not referring to flowers alone but to these little ones too.
