Foot and Fire

Noynoy enjoyed his half-day tour at the Manila Zoo September this year. He saw turtles, crocodiles, snakes, elephant, hippopotamus, monkeys, tiger, zebra, and various birds. Noynoy looked for the parrot so he can practice speaking in Filipino and he found a Macaw which does not talk yet. We suggested that he stay with the bird because they eat vegetable salad or chop suey like him and he said, "Yes," while clapping his hands.  Manila Zoo celebrated its 54th anniversary last July 25, 2013 and as reported, in 2012,  the Zoo earned an income of P33M with 691,000 adults and 272,000 children visitors. Of the the P14 M allotted for food of the animals, P300K goes to the medicine. Entrance to Manila Zoo costs P40 for adults and P20 for children. Manila residents are charged half the price. Snaps of the wildlife in Baluarte brought an immense joy to this computer-all-day and always-in-four-wall creature! Here are the happy moments with the wildlife, especially the moments with real Ostriches, not-smelly-luckily reindeers which are with and without horns, and "dwarf" horses that sure look like donkeys but surely look like no donkeys at all. Hahaha, a zoo-ignoramus I am indeed. Parrot moments... Parrot-lings trio! Guess what, these are geese... snake... Ostriches, great o great! colorful birds and there are a lot of them in there... ...
