Anti-oxidant smoothie (Mulberries, bananas & yogurt)
The heat index is rising. So lunch time up to 4pm need some cooler. And this obe is highly recommended.
1.5 C mulberries
15 pcs seedless dates
2 C yogurt
2 C fresh milk
3 C shaved ice
6 pcs bananas
Honey, agave, sugar (if desired)
Add all ingredients in a blender. Blend well. Serve topped with whole mulberries.
