Gulaman or Seaweed Salad with salted egg
Seaweed
Salted eggs
Vinegar
Tomatoes
Spring onions
Salt
Boil water enough to cover the seaweeds. While waiting, slice all ingredients.
Wash the seaweeds and blanch until color changes but not too long to overcook. Drain. Add vinegar to the seaweeds to steep.
In a platter, arrange the seaweeds, sprinkle with salt and add all ingredients. Mix and enjoy!
