Chicken feet in freestyle asian sauce



1 kl chicken feet, cleaned
Halfcup yogurt
Garlic, sliced
Onion, sliced
Olive oil
4T soy sauce
4 T Chinese vegetarian sauce
4 T Thai mushroom sauce
2 T Korean Oligosaccharide
4 T mirin
Ground Pepper
Chili peppers


MArinate chicken feet with yogurt. Set aside for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, mix liquid ingredients 4T soy sauce, 4 T Chinese vegetarian sauce, 4 T Thai mushroom sauce, 2 T Korean Oligosaccharide, 4 T mirin and Ground Pepper.

Saute garlic and onions in olive oil. Add marinated chicken feet plus the yogurt marinade. Mix in the liquid mixture. Cover and let cook for 20 minutes, stirring ocassionally. 

Add chili pepper and let cook more for 5minutes. Serve with rice.
