Chicken siomai with quail egg on top!

This was my christmas party treat to friends and officemates...

In this siomai, I just used chicken breast, carrots, onions and garlic. I followed same method of preparation and cooking as my earlier recipe for CHICKEN-SWEET CORN SIOMAI In this one, I just placed hard-boiled quail eggs on top of the semi-wrapped siomai before steaming the same.... I was in a hurry so I just got a few photos!
