Only in China (perhaps, not all)

These are the interesting everyday but interesting stuffs I took photos of when I was roaming in Beijing, Xi'an and Tianjin, China...Hope you will be as amused and delighted as i was when I took them...Let me tell you why...

Jar handles like door knobs in China are never simple; always with interesting images...

Lanterns lining the trees which line the street...

This Lantern is only in China and symbolizes China...

This is called "illegal taxi" as this was originally used privately by handicapped Chinese but then enterprising  Chinese now use it to ferry passenger with lots of groceries with them; useful in short-distance travel.

Caramelized Fresh fruits. Loved the idea. I can't help it... The trip never ended without me tasting it..

Public Telephone... I like taking photos of public telephones... See some more below...

Another kind of transportation in China...

Above photo and this one are pieces of sticks and cemented ply that were actually broken by the Kung Fu  performers in the course of  their performance...

Rolled chicharon is more like Cheese Curls with no Cheese, hehehe. Round Giphang or Buti ia also in China...

I can sleep on this giant porcelain plate..

Personalized Vase. One can send in her photo and the same can be painted on  the vase.

The squat toilet may be shocking to me but the fact that there is no door  in front of me while I was peeing and that the janitress keeps on mopping the floor just an inch away from me IS much more shocking.

CREATIVITY IN ITS FINES. Caramelized sugar shaped like ducks, roosters and pigs on stick; look closely.

Caramelized fresh fruits...

EXOTIC DELIGHT. Scorpion and other bugs. Didn't dare to taste them.. lol

The bottled white thing is actually home-made yogurt... I didn't taste it as  I need to  drink the yogurt right away and return the bottle to them...

Public telephone inside? Im not so sure...

OUTDOOR DESIGN that amazes me is this one which is made of some parts of machineries... There is harmony in this chaos, indeed.

China is lanterns. Lantern is China.

They believe that this brings close knit in the family throughout the generation. This ball contains balls that are placed inside and each ball  contains another until the smallest ball is contained.

Money dropped in front of Ming's Tomb as offer in exchange of a wish coming true...

Tiny to Big umbrellas... cuties.

A laughing buddha is a lucky charm.

Cabbage is also a lucky charm for the Chinese...
